TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read my cancellation policy carefully.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
Trip deposits of 25% are due at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
Deposits are non-refundable
Deposits equal to 25% of the trip price are non-refundable.
Full payment is due 60 days before the trip start
The balance owing is due 60 days before the trip begins and is non-refundable
Full trip amount will be forfeited.
*Boat-based trips, heli-assisted ski touring trips, and fly-in lodge trips require the final balance payable 90 days before the trip starts.
CANCELLED PROGRAMS AND TRIP MODIFICATIONS
What happens if New Venture Guiding cancels my trip?
New Venture Guiding does reserve the right to change guides, particular lodging, or the itinerary should unforeseen circumstances (guide sickness, hut or route closing etc.) force us to do so or should the physical condition of the participants (see below), weather, or mountain conditions make a continuation as planned too risky.
New Venture Guiding will do everything possible to make modifications to your trip so as not to cancel it, but if we have no choice but to do so, a full refund will be provided to the participant(s).
Strongly recommend trip cancellation and trip medical insurance.
PERSONAL FITNESS
It is the responsibility of each participant to be aware of the necessary skill and fitness level for a particular trip. When in doubt, please call and discuss this with me.
For the protection of yourself and other group members, I reserve the right to deny participation to any unprepared participant at any time of the trip, in which case we cannot offer a refund.
